Healthcare Benefits

Our company will pay 70% of medical, visual, and dental insurance. There are two options for coverage available for employees to choose from as well.

Compensation Breakdown

While those are great perks, many candidates want to know about monetary compensation. The Bradley Group offers a competitive salary. On top of that, there are opportunities for bonus pay too, depending on the owner’s discretion.

You become eligible for benefits 30 days after your date of hire. At this time, you will also have paid time off available. We offer up to 112 hours or 14 days PTO annually. Employees are also given about 10 paid holidays each year. In addition to the healthcare benefits mentioned above, The Bradley Group also pays for $25,000 in life insurance for each of our employees. At 60 days, you will get access to our 401K. We match 100% of your first 3% gross pay and then 50% of your next 2% gross pay.

Other benefits are available at 100% employee cost. Short-term disability, additional life insurance, a flexible spending account, and a dependent care plan are all available to you.
