Hiring Process

Search our job board and apply online or contact your nearest Bradley Personnel office to set up a time to apply in person.

Meet with your recruiter in person or via video chat to discuss your work history, priorities and career goals, and learn more about our process for helping you.

Review and fill out your onboarding documents.

Complete skills training as required based on the jobs that align with your skills. Many of these tests may be completed online.

We conduct background checks and you may be required to complete a drug screening.

You will be matched with potential employers for interviews or you may be hired immediately for an assignment.
